These distinctive, solid Oak, fieldcases are decorated on 4 sides with 3D Celestial and Mythological carvings. They are the ultimate in storage and display of your prized eyepieces and observing accessories. They have a red LED lighting system, that is activated upon opening the lid, with on/off-brightness control. With the pull-out drawers on either side, storage underneath, and the flip-down Plexiglas storage partition in the top, there is plenty of room for all your essentials. The eyepiece layout can be customized to match your eyepiece selection or you can choose from 4 standard layouts. These unique Field Cases are eye-popping show stoppers and a "must have" for the serious enthusiast.

Decorated on 4 sides with 3D mythological (Perseus, Pegasus, and Centaurus) and astronomical symbols (Saturn and Shooting Stars).

The Standard Field Case measures 20 inches wide by 10 inches deep and 8 inches high, is constructed of solid oak and brass hardware, and is designed to house a variety of essential equipment including eyepieces, filters, collimation tools, and even printed reference materials.

The field Case features automatic multiple red LED illumination when the lid is opened, sliding side drawers that reveal additional storage underneath, hinged Plexiglas inside of the lid to hold printed reference materials, holes for three 2-inch eyepieces and ten 1.25-inch eyepieces, with the option of custom hole size and spacing to meet your requirements.
